We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Practice Manager at our esteemed healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leadership, finance, and human resources, with a proven track record of success in managing healthcare operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including HR needs, financial management, and contract negotiations. They will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality patient care, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the practice's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible terms for the practice.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Essential: Relevant management qualification covering HR and finance, degree in healthcare or business, and leadership/management experience.
