The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including HR needs, financial management, and contract negotiations. Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the practice's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible terms for the practice.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Relevant management qualification covering HR and finance, degree in healthcare or business, and leadership/management experience.
