About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ernest And Florent LTD. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial statements, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and initiatives to optimize project profitability.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and mentoring to ensure their professional development.
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial project management, with a focus on quantity surveying.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
