Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at a leading food manufacturing company. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various tests on samples from production, ensuring accurate recording of results, and working closely with the Lab Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sampling and analysis of raw materials, work in progress, and finished products to verify that materials meet all required quality and functionality parameters.
• Perform Salmonella testing on various samples.
• Participate in cover for daily laboratory activities as required, ensuring laboratory tasks are completed in accordance with deadlines, including participation in QA panels and providing Certificates of Analysis to internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Experience working in laboratory environments, preferably in the food industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
