Role Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting project teams with their financial needs.
2. Ensuring that all financial documentation and information adhere to contractual obligations.
3. Communicating any modifications, additional payments, or claims as necessary.
4. Delivering timely and precise cost and value reports at both project and organizational levels.
5. Supporting the thorough evaluation of financial processes across the unit.
6. Verifying that all contracts contain suitable terms and conditions with identified risks.
7. Collaborating with the supply chain to ensure proper engagement with contract stipulations.
8. Managing subcontract agreements, negotiations, and financial oversight.
9. Facilitating communication between commercial and operational teams.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
