About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Identity Engineer to join our team in Bristol, Reading, or London. As a Senior Identity Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions, including integration with other systems and applications. You will also support the development and enforcement of IAM policies and procedures, participate in access control and identity management activities, and support the monitoring and analysis of access management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including integration with other systems and applications.
  • Support the development and enforcement of IAM policies and procedures.
  • Participate in access control and identity management activities.
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of access management systems.
  • Participate in IAM-related audits and compliance activities.
  • Support the documentation of IAM processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of IAM training and awareness programmes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective IAM implementation and operation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in some of the areas we are looking for, but not necessarily be an expert in your field. You must have some hands-on technical experience, but we are looking for team members who are at the early stages of their career who also want to grow and learn more. We will provide further training in Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Agile Security methodology, and more.
