Job Title: Advocacy Solicitor

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of clinical negligence matters from start to finish with a commercial and proactive approach, ensuring excellent client care and upholding the firm's commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law.
  2. Collaborate with the Team Leader to discuss case strategies, planning, and team performance, driving business growth and success.
  3. Draft legal documentation, including Letters of Claim (LOC) and letters of instruction, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  4. Ensure effective time recording and the collection of relevant information to progress cases, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  5. Maintain excellent client care and uphold the firm's commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Excellent communication, drafting, and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Proclaim, and Excel, are essential for success in this role.
  7. High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness within a legal context are critical for delivering high-quality results and driving business success.
