**Job Summary**

Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Bid Finance Analyst to join our team. As a Bid Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the bid process for UK MOD and International Military Aircraft contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and analysis to support bid submissions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to estimate costs and revenues associated with bid proposals.
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to support the bid process, including cost estimation, risk assessment, and cash flow projections.
  • Work closely with commercial, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and complete bid submissions.
  • Manage and mitigate financial risks associated with bid submissions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior project managers, commercial, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bid finance or pricing is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex financial data and models.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
