Maintenance Support Technician Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Support Technician Team Lead to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Careers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers to ensure all support bay avionic/electrical maintenance activities are completed to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other business functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds level 3 or above in an aircraft related discipline.
