Civil Enforcement Officer

Unity Recruitment is seeking a skilled Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will be responsible for ensuring that parking regulations are enforced in a fair and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parked in contravention
  • Report any equipment that is in need of repair to ensure efficient enforcement
  • Report other problems with signs, lines, or activity on the street
  • Report abandoned vehicles to management
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous enforcement experience of 6 months or more
  • Eye for detail
  • Experience working with computerised systems

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours + per week, Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis, between the hours of 7.00am and 9:00pm. Flexibility is essential for this role. Uniform will be provided, but you will be expected to provide your own black shoes. The role will pay £15-16 per hour via umbrella company.

Unity Recruitment offers a referral scheme for all successful referrals at officer level. Previous parking industry experience is essential for all parking vacancies.
