Job Summary:
PB Select Ltd is seeking an experienced 360 IT Change Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for securing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and Change sectors.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source and place top talent within IT, Change, and Digital roles.
- Client Management: Develop and manage an existing client base, focusing on the IT and Change sectors.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve results for clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years 360 recruitment experience in a contract capacity with a strong focus on IT recruitment.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the team.
- Strong business development and client management skills.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission: 12.5% on margin billed (monthly), increasing to 15% upon hitting annual target.
- Competitive benefits package including health/life insurance and overachiever's bonus.
- Flexibility: Hybrid work model with 2 days per week in the office.
