SECURITY OFFICER

4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hour shifts

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to enhance our esteemed Security team.

As a Security Officer at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough checks and patrols in accordance with FLHSS protocols, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Gathering witness statements and preparing detailed incident reports.
  • Investigating and documenting all accidents and incidents with precision.
  • Performing bag and locker inspections following company policies.
  • Acting as a vital member of the Emergency Response Team, responding swiftly and professionally to any FLHSS incidents.

In the role of Security Officer, you will work on a rotating shift schedule of 4 days on and 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts (8pm to 8am). Flexibility is essential, as shift patterns will include both day and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

To be considered a successful Security Officer candidate, you should possess prior experience as a Security Officer or Supervisor within a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a medium-sized hotel. Key attributes include discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness.
