Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement architecture strategies that align with project goals, business objectives, and industry best practices.
  • Lead decision-making across all levels, driving alignment on architectural strategies and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement enterprise-level CAD and PLM solutions, integrating them with CAM, MES, and ERP systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with architecture repository tools like Enterprise Architect and modeling frameworks, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and present at business change events, driving business outcomes and growth.

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence, supporting agile methodologies and collaboration, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles.
  • Familiarity with SAP and PE&O products or similar, particularly in large-scale manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of industry-specific solutions and technologies.
