Job Title: Safety and Compliance Specialist (Contract)
Location: Site-based
Rate: Competitive umbrella rate based on experience (Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Minimum of 3 months

Executive Network Group is collaborating with a prominent manufacturing organization seeking a Safety and Compliance Specialist to support their operations.


This position will report directly to a site-based Safety Manager, ensuring that ongoing safety initiatives are maintained while a permanent solution is sought.

The organization is committed to enhancing safety performance and recognizes that investing in resources is crucial to achieving this goal.


Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in the implementation of Health and Safety projects.
- Provide support to the factory management team and foster motivation among the workforce.


Qualifications:
- NEBOSH Certificate is required as a minimum qualification.

Experience:
- Background in manufacturing is essential, with a preference for experience in the food and beverage sector.

Personal Attributes:
