Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that Enigma Clinical Solutions adheres to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and assess compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote awareness of compliance obligations and support compliance training initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations, legislation, and industry trends to ensure compliance programs remain effective and up-to-date.
  • Lead efforts to resolve compliance issues and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant frameworks.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing compliance programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
