Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Test Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust tests to ensure the reliability, quality, and compliance of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop test systems from the ground up, taking full ownership of the process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure the continued performance, safety, and reliability of our products.
- Automate test processes and support and anticipate FMEA activities.
- Liaise with the Quality team in terms of compliance and continuous improvement.
- Constantly interrogate and improve test systems, implementing best practices and methodologies, supported by accurate documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Rich test development experience, incorporating a mix of optics, electronics, software, firmware, laser systems, and mechanical elements.
- Strong background in developing software automation tests on Windows and Linux.
- Experience with Python, Power Shell, C#, C++, and.NET.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 13485, IATF 16949.
