Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service and ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests with menu choices and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the dining area, bar, and restrooms.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
