About the Role

We are seeking a caring and supportive individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will provide daily support to a young man with complex health needs, assisting with all aspects of his daily living, including transfers, personal care, and accessing the community.

The ideal candidate will be a fun-loving and enthusiastic person who enjoys spending time with others. You will work closely with the individual's family and care team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of the individual and their family. You will also receive an excellent paid training package to ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.

About You

We are looking for a car driver with a full, clean driving license who is able to meet the requirements for motor insurance purposes. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
