Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile customer payments and company internal system on a daily basis.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of customer and insurer accounts against our internal system.
  • Ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of Direct Debit funding.
  • Process loans, amendments, and ensure all amounts and payments are reconciled.
  • Send statements and chase outstanding policies for reconciliation.
  • Send weekly statements to customers and follow up on outstanding debt.
  • Assist with recording and reconciliation of client monies.
  • Resolve any accounts queries arising from insurer statements and daily payments.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing workloads and prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Industry experience in finance or insurance is preferred but not essential.
