Job Title: Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of premium machinery, including small hand tools, industrial demolition robots, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain tools and test equipment
  • Complete and test repair work
  • Maintain customer logs and internal service records
  • Liaise with the aftersales team to ensure efficient service to customers
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of fault finding and basic repairs
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Package)
