Construction Buyer

We are seeking an experienced Construction Buyer to join our team at ITS (Southampton) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials and services for residential construction projects.

• Procure materials and services for residential construction projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
• Manage and control procurement budgets and costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

• Proven experience as a Construction Buyer or Procurement Specialist
• Strong knowledge of construction procurement processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving license
