Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Accountant to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial reporting and analysis of manufacturing operations, including daily and weekly financial reporting and analysis of MOH reporting.
  • Business partner with the site leadership team to ensure alignment on cost KPIs and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Ownership of period-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and explaining variances.
  • Support the site leadership team to maintain financial standards and ensure GCS and SOX compliance.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including forecasting and AOP builds.
Requirements
  • AAT qualified or equivalent.
  • Early stages of professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
  • Manufacturing accounting experience.
  • Experience of working with Lean manufacturing (QCDM).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Drive for results/ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to influence upwards to affect results and progress.
  • Communication skills to all levels.
