An established construction services company, Salter Grange, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a self-employed basis.

This role offers the chance to contribute to high-quality projects across the region, with a strong focus on workmanship and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor with tenders and live project accounts.
  • Manage project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Prepare and submit interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Utilize relevant software to track and report on project progress.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years experience working with reinforced concrete frames and groundworks contractors.
  • Familiarity with Quantity Surveying software (training available for specific platforms).
  • Self-employed, with occasional site visits.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Competitive rates on a self-employed basis.
  • Commitment to professional development and ongoing training.
