**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant in Leeds. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and social activities.
• Assist with light domestic cleaning, meal preparation, and other household tasks as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Work collaboratively with our care teams to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.

**Requirements:**

• Experience and a qualification in health and social care is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
