We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QHSE Manager to join our team at Macstaff. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to site projects on QHSE matters.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their QHSE requirements are met and maintained.
- Develop and maintain RAMS and Safe Systems of Work to ensure a safe working environment.
- Deliver the quality, occupational health, safety, and environmental management agenda in line with company policy and to relevant standards.
- Assist in maintaining our ISO Certification to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events to identify lessons learned and implement corrective actions.
- Produce formal reports on planned and unplanned inspections, reviewing performance against company and client standards.
- Record, collate, and interpret QHSE performance data, providing management reports on a routine basis.
- NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Significant quality, occupational health, safety, and environmental management experience in the Electrical, Fire, and Building Energy Management Systems industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce formal reports and KPIs.
- Demonstrable record of performance, productivity, and service delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of all the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) applicable guidance.
- GCSE (or equivalent) maths and English qualifications.
- Full Driving Licence.
- A competitive salary of £45K-£55K PA.
