Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Trainee Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will begin at our Innovation Centre, where you will collaborate with the internal sales team to familiarize yourself with our ERP and CRM systems, as well as our customer engagement processes post-order. You will then transition into our engineering department to gain a solid understanding of our product offerings before moving on to external engagements with our sales and operations teams.

- Gain proficiency in our ERP system (SAP) to support operational efficiency.

Training Overview
This apprenticeship will equip you with the essential skills required for a Sales Executive role, whether in Business to Business or Business to Consumer markets. You will learn to plan sales activities, manage customer interactions, and retain and grow existing accounts while generating new business opportunities.
As a Sales Executive, you will build customer relationships through trust and confidence, demonstrating detailed product knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure a positive customer experience.

Compensation
The starting salary for this position ranges from £25,000 to £28,000, with potential bonus payments of 5% of the base salary. A company car may be available for the right candidate, and the base salary will increase to between £30,000 and £35,000 upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
