Key Responsibilities

  • Direct management of daily operations for the restaurant, room service, and conference catering.
  • Strive to meet and exceed guest expectations, positioning the Food & Beverage department as a provider of high-quality, value-driven cuisine.
  • Ensure compliance with Brand Standard guidelines regarding food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques, taking corrective measures when necessary.
  • Continuously seek innovative and cost-effective food solutions, presented in an appealing manner.
  • Maintain the highest hygiene standards in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and HACCP guidelines, ensuring the kitchen team adheres to these practices.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes learning and personal growth as key drivers of quality improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Restaurant and Bar Manager, as well as the Conference Sales Manager, to achieve food and beverage operational goals.
  • Coordinate with the stewarding team to fulfill kitchen requirements efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to Emergency Communication protocols, with designated spokespersons handling media inquiries.
  • Actively promote and implement the Accor Vision while embodying Accor Values.
  • Participate in operational meetings and committees to ensure the kitchen's voice is represented.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sous Chef role.
At least 1 year of experience in Kitchen Administration.
