About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a Hospital setting. As a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
  • Assist with the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
  • Previous experience in a UK-based pharmacy setting, with a minimum of six months' experience
  • Further professional development, including ACT or MMT accreditations (desirable)
  • NVQ or equivalent Pharmacy Technician qualification
