About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail Limited. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance, developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the store team and driving business results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving business results
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
