Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Clinical Scientist/Audiologist to join our multidisciplinary Audiology team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide highly specialized paediatric audiological services, including advanced and complex assessment and rehabilitation of hearing impaired children.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and lead an area of Audiology, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
  • Contribute to audit and research initiatives, driving excellence in patient care and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Hold an MSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Have relevant NHS experience consistent with your qualifications.
  • Hold professional registration with RCCP or HPC.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal sensitively and politely with patients.
  • Able to work confidently with staff at all levels.
  • Good organisational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sign Language Skills/Qualification.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car.
