Senior Mortgage Advisor - Opportunity to Thrive

Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our esteemed clients' flourishing operation. As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and maximizing sales opportunities from a steadily increasing lead source.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their mortgage and protection needs are met
  • Maximize sales opportunities from a steadily increasing lead source
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to build relationships
  • Highly motivated and professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £37,000, commensurate with experience and evidence of banking performance
  • A £3,000 car allowance
  • Uncapped On Target Earnings (OTE) of £70,000 - £80,000+ in Year 1 and £100,000 - £150,000+ in Year 2+
  • PLENTY OF LEADS AND OPPORTUNITIES EXIST TO MAXIMISE WRITTEN BUSINESS
