Position Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our Retail team. You will collaborate with a dynamic group of individuals who are enthusiastic about our products and dedicated to providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in meeting sales objectives by showcasing enthusiasm for our products and brand while handling transactions with precision.
  • Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store to promote a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide customers with detailed information regarding our products, including features, benefits, and availability.
  • Support the implementation of pricing changes and markdowns within specified timelines.
  • Ensure that merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing, replenishing stock as necessary.
  • Assist with product merchandising in line with our established guidelines when needed.
  • Handle incoming deliveries efficiently.

What You Bring to the Role

  • A friendly and approachable demeanor that aligns with our company culture.
  • A genuine passion for sales and customer interaction.
  • An understanding of the significance of effective visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and till operations.
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

What We Offer

  • We value rest and relaxation, offering above statutory holiday entitlements, totaling 33 days per year (including bank holidays). After five years with us, you will receive an additional 2 days, with all holiday being pro-rata for part-time team members.
  • A uniform allowance to ensure you represent our brand well.
  • A generous 50% discount on all Saltrock products.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Store Manager.
