Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 250-300 clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance.
- Day-to-Day Tax Compliance: Responsible for all day-to-day tax compliance affairs, ensuring professional standards are met.
- Complex Tax Matters: Identify and consult with colleagues and the Tax Partner on complex technical and risk matters, exercising judgment within agreed parameters.
- Advisory and Planning Services: Provide advisory and planning services across Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and Trusts.
- Client Relationships: Develop professional relationships with clients and within the firm.
- Team Support: Support junior members of staff and review their work.
- Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, ATT, or CTA qualification.
- Experience: Significant experience in a tax role within a practice environment.
- Client-Facing Skills: Confidence in a client-facing role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and guide junior staff members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive Salary: Dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
