Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with IT experience to join our expanding team. As a Business Analyst at TRG, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and scaling our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business & Systems Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project management, business, and technology teams to translate needs into detailed user stories.
  • Provide data to product management and senior leadership to support prioritization.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Document business processes through workshops, knowledge sharing, and standards.
  • Capture business rules alongside processes and build effective relationships with business sponsors and champions.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Participate in Agile planning sprints to support prioritization and management of the team's capacity.
Requirements:
  • Experience in business process modeling, ideally using BPMN.
  • Experience in working in an agile environment, while maintaining necessary documentation.
