Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in all social media initiatives, crafting compelling content that aligns with the organization's objectives and embodies its voice. A strong emphasis will be placed on boosting engagement and generating analytical reports to showcase performance.
- Development of content for various social media platforms, including promotional materials for upcoming courses, company news, success stories, interviews, accolades, and event participation.
- Creation of visual assets for social media, collaborating with our internal design team to produce images, photographs, and videos.
- Oversight of social media accounts - LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram - with a dedicated focus on enhancing user engagement.
- Monthly tracking and reporting of analytics for social media channels.
- Updates and enhancements to website content.
- Collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure digital content accurately reflects business activities.
- Coordination with the United Living Group marketing team to disseminate relevant content.
Health and Safety Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model by adhering to safe working practices.
- Ensure compliance with United Living's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards, as well as all relevant policies and legal requirements.
- Identify and report unsafe practices to the management team in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act.
- Uphold your Safety Responsibility statement.
- Exercise reasonable care for your own safety and that of others who may be impacted by your actions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and discovering new tools and technologies relevant to this role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics.
- Familiarity with graphic design is advantageous.
A history of successfully working within a dynamic and collaborative team environment is essential.
