We are partnering with a Norfolk business that values excellence, continuous improvement, dependability, and social & environmental responsibility.

If you're an experienced Health & Safety Advisor with a background in manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and leadership on Permits, Control of Work, and Isolation Planning.
  • Advise on operational safety, including support and evaluation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Monitor, audit, and benchmark activities.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Review and update the Health & Safety Management System.
  • Support Emergency response training and competence.
Required Experience:
  • Prior experience in a Health & Safety Advisor position within high hazard manufacturing or similar environment.
  • NEBOSH certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in preparing detailed Risk Assessments & Method Statements across various activities and disciplines.
  • Knowledge and understanding of COMAH and general H&S legislation.
  • Experience of auditing and a working knowledge of ISO management systems.
