Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at The Limes pub in Faversham. As a Bar Team Member, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing the bar area, and contributing to the overall success of the pub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a warm welcome and a high-quality experience.
  • Manage the bar area, including serving drinks, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the pub, including participating in events and promotions.
