The Housing Team

The Housing Team is growing and is now in search of an experienced Solicitor and Senior Solicitor to join its Housing Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners on significant housing management claims
  • Communicate with barristers and experts
  • Run a high-quality litigation caseload
  • Deal with anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions, and housing disrepair

Requirements

  • A qualified solicitor with 2-8 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in a similar litigated housing management background
  • Excellent level of client care
  • High standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
  • Ability to analyse, evaluate, and communicate information logically
  • Proficient IT skills
