We're seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside rescue team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to roadside breakdowns and provide technical assistance to our members
- Work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive to different locations in all weather conditions, using your own vehicle and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical information in a clear and concise manner
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
- A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Free breakdown cover from day one
- 23 days' holiday (increasing with service) plus Bank Holidays
- Up to 7% company pension contribution
