Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks with precision and flair, both at the bar counter and in the rooms.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, including those with special requests or dietary restrictions.
