About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial and operations teams, managing cash, supplier payments, reporting, and reconciliation, as well as transactional management, accounting, and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial and operations teams, ensuring efficient management of cash, supplier payments, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Provide expert advice on financial operations, focusing on efficiency, business growth, cash flow management, and risk and compliance.
  • Lead business projects, including systems and process improvements, and manage new and existing supplier initiatives and relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with a track record of people leadership in large-scale finance operations and transactional finance environments. You will have a continuous improvement mindset, first-class communication skills, and experience in managing high-volume and fast-paced environments.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000, plus a car allowance, attractive bonus, and benefits package. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of Gleeson Recruitment Group.
