Our client, a leading facilities management and maintenance contractor, is seeking a skilled Remedial Plumber to join their team. As a Remedial Plumber, you will play a crucial role in delivering planned and reactive FM maintenance services to their clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and a proven track record of working in a diverse and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and maintaining customer water safe logbooks in accordance with company guidelines.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
  • Representing the company with professionalism and integrity while visiting client sites.
  • Maintaining customer water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines.
  • Collecting and documenting water samples from multiple sector properties in accordance with the Water Technical Manual guidance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum requirement.
  • Experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment is highly desirable.
  • Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft packages.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
