Lead Electronic Design Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, where your expertise in analogue and digital design will shape the future of electronic products. As a leader, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality, robust designs that meet stringent industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronic Design, schematics, firmware, EMC, and PCB design. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of Junior Engineers in the design and development of electronic products
  2. Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and excellence
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs
  4. Mentor and guide Junior Engineers to ensure their growth and success
Requirements:
  1. 5+ Years Electronic Design Experience
  2. Analogue and Digital Design expertise
  3. Schematics and PCB Design skills
  4. Firmware and EMC knowledge
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
