Position Summary:
Intermediate M&E Cost Consultant - London - Competitive Salary Range + Travel Allowance + Pension + Healthcare Benefits


As part of one of the largest commercial teams in the UK, you will receive ample support, opportunities for advancement, and training to develop into a proficient M&E Cost Consultant within five years.

In this role, you will be an integral member of the team, assisting the Project Surveyor in various capacities.

  • You will contribute to the comprehensive financial oversight of projects, gaining exposure to all facets of surveying practices, including the procurement of subcontract packages, cost analysis, drawing measurements, and the preparation of variation breakdowns and final account negotiations.
To be successful, you should possess a degree in building services or mechanical or electrical engineering.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
  • The role offers a competitive base salary along with an attractive bonus structure.
