Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Diagnostic Imaging Assistant to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a key member of our diagnostic services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sonographers and Radiologists in delivering high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to work, and a passion for delivering first-class diagnostic services. You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure the smooth running of clinics, assist in the care and comfort of patients, and support the preparation of clinical rooms.
Main Duties of the Job
- Ensure the smooth running of clinics and assist in the care and comfort of patients
- Support Sonographers and Radiologists during examinations and ensure the clinical room is prepared prior to the start of clinical sessions
- Use patient information systems (Soliton/PACS) and monitor and maintain adequate stock levels and ordering supplies of linen, gowns, and consumables
- Ensure patients have access to a chaperone at all times and uphold professional standards policy and data protection and patient confidentiality
