About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Systems Engineer to join our team. As an Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire alarms, access control systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and fire extinguishers.

You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of safety and security. Your work will involve installing and maintaining fire and security equipment, expanding your knowledge of different systems, and working with our close-knit team to make a difference in your local area.

One day, you might be installing fire extinguishers, while the next, you will be servicing a large commercial fire or intruder alarm system. Regardless of the task, you will always represent the business and recognize the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and maintenance of fire alarms, access control systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and fire extinguishers
  • Fault-finding and troubleshooting of fire and security equipment
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of safety and security
  • Working closely with our team to achieve business objectives
  • Managing your own workload with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • Experience in fire or security systems within installing, maintaining, and fault-finding fire alarms, access control systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, and fire extinguishers
  • A Full UK Driving License
  • The ability to communicate with customers professionally face-to-face and via the telephone
  • A can-do attitude ensuring customer service is top priority
  • Building strong relationships with all of our clients
  • Self-motivated to work alone to the highest standard possible
  • Hard working attitude
  • Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision
