About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at BardWood Support Services Limited. As a Retail Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our retail store premises, staff, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol the retail store premises to prevent and detect any security breaches.
  • Investigate disturbances and monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Operate theft-detecting devices and confidently call for help in emergency situations.
  • Effectively manage large crowds and build positive customer relationships.
Requirements
  • SIA License
  • 5-year checkable work/career history
  • Experience in a similar role (advantageous)
  • Physically fit to undertake given tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure
