Assistant Kitchen Manager - Hesketh James Limited

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant culinary team. This role is essential in supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences through innovative and high-quality food preparation.

Location: United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring seamless workflow and effective communication among team members.
  • Contribute to the creation and development of seasonal specials that highlight creativity and utilize fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards across all dishes.
  • Oversee inventory management and cost control measures to minimize waste and optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
