Commercial Associate 3+ PQE - London

CapeClarke is expanding its commercial team in London, seeking a mid-level commercial contracts associate to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE who has trained/qualified with another recognised law firm or boutique firm and is looking to take a step up to a bigger name.

We are looking for a commercially-minded individual who is willing to supervise junior members of the team and has a strong understanding of commercial contracts.

Candidates must be based in the UK, ideally in London, but we are happy to consider those who wish to relocate from elsewhere within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise junior members of the team
  • Work on commercial contracts
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the commercial team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' PQE in commercial law
  • Qualified solicitor with a recognised law firm or boutique firm
  • Commercially-minded with a strong understanding of commercial contracts
