About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at ACS Performance. As a key member of our Customer Solutions function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct data gathering and analysis to support our position in providing customized and innovative supply chain solutions to optimize supply chain performance and costs.
  • Strategic Insights: Strategically identify and utilize data to support internal and external customers and provide data insights to drive decisions.
  • Operational Excellence: Contribute to operational excellence by developing and improving data quality, reporting, and analytics and actively support and foster a culture of data integrity.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Liaise with business users, client managers, and specialists to understand requirements and problem statements.
  • Solution Design: Ability to perform high-level solution design aligned with requirements and suggest and validate various solution options.
  • Problem Solving: Formulate solutions and build computation models and other solutions for specific business problems.
  • Supply Chain Analytics: Collect, analyze, and understand complex datasets to support supply chain analytics. Identify insights and areas of opportunity to optimize supply chain.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Responding to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests. Creating pipelines that convert raw data into usable formats.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting inconsistencies and validating result sets.
Other Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analytics: Scope reports and dashboards for different users in the business (internal and external). Design, build, and enhance reports & dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data used in reporting solutions.
  • Reporting Performance: Optimize reporting performance and recommend/enact improvements.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Experience using advanced Excel functionalities, (complex formulas and functions, VBA macros, Excel models, pivot tables, V-lookups, etc). Technical knowledge and experience in working with Business Intelligence Applications (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, ThoughtSpot) will be required to support.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong conceptual understanding in the Supply Chain Planning and Optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills.
Desirable Skills
  • SQL Proficiency: Proficiency in query language SQL.
  • Data Visualization: Data visualization tools, ideally Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
Education/Qualification
  • Candidates: Candidates will also be considered equally on experience and qualification. Undergraduate Degree in Economic, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering (preferred).
