Role: Manufacturing Operations Manager (Internally - Plant Manager)
Location: Enniskillen, NI
Salary: Competitive Market Salary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Employment Type: Full Time - Permanent

Your Responsibilities:

As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards
  • Managing production processes and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leading new projects and capital development efforts
  • Maintaining financial oversight and control
  • Fostering leadership and team development
  • Enhancing brand reputation and supplier relationships

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior operations leadership role
  • A proven track record in heavy industry and manufacturing
  • Relevant educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business
  • Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in IT and relevant software systems
